Our Story

Okay, fine. You were all right. We liked each other as more than friends. After about 15 years of knowing each other and 6 years of dating, we decided to tie the knot! Unfortunately, the universe had other ideas and the global pandemic ensued. After postponing the big celebration a year, we decided to still make it official at the Leesburg courthouse with our immediate family. We're more than ready to do it all over again with our favorite people in Denver!

COVID-19 UPDATE: As of June 21st, Colorado has fully immunized ~50% of the population! We're planning to celebrate under whatever restrictions are in place come July. Currently, pretty much all restrictions have been lifted. However, anyone who has not been vaccinated is strongly encouraged to either wear a mask during all of our wedding festivities or to obtain a negative COVID test prior.

We strongly encourage you to get vaccinated so we can celebrate as safely as possible.

What to Do & See in Denver

Red Rocks Park & Ampitheater

Take a hike or see a concert! Red Rocks is now open at limited capacity. Check out the website for the concert schedule.

Denver is said to be the Napa Valley of beer. Check out the city's best breweries.

Outside of Denver

Check out Golden, where Coors is brewed. It also has some great hiking spots and a cute, western style downtown.

Boulder is about 30 minutes away. Check out the Pearl St. Mall, the Flatirons, and one of our favorite breweries, Avery.

The mountains! Our favorite mountain towns include Frisco and Nedarland. On the way to Frisco is Silverplume, a tiny, historical town described as a living ghost town. Check out Bread Bar and have one of their craft cocktails on their deck under some aspen trees.

Not too far from Boulder or Nedarland is Estes Park, where you can visit Rocky Mountain National Park. Also in Estes Park are an abundance of Elk and the Stanley Hotel, which inspired Stephen King's The Shining.

Our Favorites

Little Man Ice Cream - brace yourself for a long line (it's worth it).

Edgewater Public Market, Avanti Food & Beverage, the Milk Market. All these are food halls with a ton of great food and drink options.

The Grateful Gnome - a WVU bar just a few blocks from our house. They have delicious sandwiches.

Finn's Manor, Death & Co, Bierstadt Lagerhaus, Improper City are all great bars in the Rino neighborhood (near our venue).
